Cleanweb Israel – If you don’t know about it, you should!

I’d like to share a very cool letter from our friends in Israel! They are growing something really special halfway across the globe and we couldn’t be happier with the efforts they are putting forward to grow the “Cleanweb Revolution!”

Thank you so much Raphael and Barak!

Dear Member of Cleanweb Israel,

Thank you for joining the “Cleanweb Revolution”.

“Cleanweb Israel” is all about helping entrepreneurs, innovators, and enterprises to leverage IT to drive massive improvements in global sustainability, economic prosperity, and human well-being (www.cleanweb.co).

Representing the Cleanweb movement in Israel, Terralab Ventures focuses on Cleanweb investments, and we encourage anyone active in technology, design, entrepreneurship, and/or resource issues to join!

On 14-15 November 2013, Terralab Ventures and IsraelDev Network will be hosting the Dev4Dev Cleanweb Hackathon at Google Campus in Tel Aviv, an event that will focus on Cleanweb developments for the Developing World. The Dev4Dev Cleanweb Hackathon will connect Israel’s leading entrepreneurial and technological community with the needs of the developing world.

We will be holding a pre-event to the Hackathon (“Make Profit and Change the World“) during the DLD Festival (October 14th), which will include the presentation of challenges that will be addressed at the Hackathon, where the audience will have the opportunity to ask questions and sign up to participate.
